#Advantages:
1. Make easy liquidity constraints:
Most farmers’ households in India do not have access to formal credit makes it easy for the farmers to get liquidity constraints. The support of producers in India is very less comparing to other countries and for that, the scheme is very helpful.
2. Turning farmers competitive:
The net incomes of the farmers increase with cash transfers. For that farmers can undertake the risk for productive investment.
3. Modernisation:
The scheme may show the general cash transfer for the farmers but it also plays role in the upgrade of modern technologies.
4. Raising economic support:
PM-Kisan scheme is raising the financial support of the minors’ farmers’ families. This financial support from the government helps them to buy essential farming tools.
#Issues:
1. Lack of database:
For the hurried announcement of the government ahead of the election in 2018, the government hasn’t a proper database of farmers.
2. Census issue:
Census claims that there are inherent problems of operational landholding. In India, most actual farmers can’t apply for this scheme as they haven’t land. There are 14.3 crore farmers who are landless, and they are mainly contract farmers. Aaadhaar linking issues also create problems. As there is no internet connection available all over the country.
3. Difficult to identify the beneficiary farmers:
According to the census, there are very many difficulties to identify the beneficiary farmers of the land as there are multiple owners of a single land.
4. Inadequate supports:
The value of money moves over advance waivers and endowments lie in their likely more noteworthy proficiency in empowering helpless families to straightforwardly buy the necessary products and ventures just as upgrade their market choices.
#PM Kisan App:

Conclusion:
PM-Kisan scheme is one of the best schemes taken by the government thinking about the minor farmers. But there are various issues we found in that. The question is the actual farmers get benefits from that scheme? What would the landless farmers do? Are they continued to ruin their sweat for others? These unanswered questions remained unanswered. But overall the direct transaction method is well thinking as it will be corruption-free.
